1. Review the Instructor's Manual on this site, taking special note of assumptions about the instructor. We ask that you make an honest self-assessment regarding whether these assumptions hold true.
   
   
2. Ask your departmental secretary to send or fax (or attach a scan or PDF to an email) a letter on the official stationery of your educational institution with the following information:
         A)   Name of instructor who would teach the course
         B)   Title of course in which the GCSC simulation may be used
         C)   Beginning date of the next school term
         D)   Instructor's email address and telephone (both are required)
         E)   Web addresses (URLs) of the instructor's home page, course, academic department, and institution (if available). The instructor's non-institutional web site URL, if any, would also be appreciated.
   The two volumes will be sent to the institutional address on the stationery by standard UPS or US Postal Service delivery.
   
   
3. Requesters who reside in the United States include $5 for shipping and handling. Those in other countries include $20 for shipping and completion of an export form required by the United States Postal Service after September 11, 2001.
